Submitting an inquiry through our website or contacting us does not constitute a confirmed booking. A project is confirmed only once both parties have agreed to terms in writing and any required deposit has been received.

4. Fees & Payments

Service fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms will be specified in your proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable once planning work has commenced. Third-party vendor costs are separate and subject to each vendor's own terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely decisions, and reasonable cooperation so we can deliver services effectively. Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete information, or changes in scope may affect timelines and costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, films, and design — is owned by or licensed to Evara Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Client-approved creative concepts prepared by Evara remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Photography & Portfolio Use

Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, Evara may feature your celebration in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. We will always aim to present your story with care and respect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Evara acts as a planning and coordination partner. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party vendors, venues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the fees paid to Evara for that specific engagement.

9. Website Use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. We reserve the right to update or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, unless otherwise agreed in a signed service contract.
